One of my favorite parts about Spring is the transition from jeans and coats to dresses and skirts. Lately, I have been loving bright springy colors so I put together this outfit for a typical Spring day like today. Forever 21 has great solid colored dresses that I think is a must for Spring and Summer. Plus, they are superdy duperdy cheap; I think mine was $12.90.
