Beauty Review: Georgia May Skincare Dewy Darling Face Elixir

When I came across Georgia May Skincare line I fell in love with what the company stands for. I love their promise of 100% natural and organic products that are of high quality and are good for your skin. So many products out there are filled with chemicals that we can’t even pronounce, and we are putting them on our bodies. I’ll admit it, I still use some face products that ingredients I have never even heard of. But my experience with the Georgia May Dewy Darling Dry Skin Face Elixir is making it easier to switch to natural and organic products.

The Dewy Daring face elixir comes in a typical bottle that you would expect most face serums to come in. However, the difference is that Georgia May products have 100%  biodegradable and sustainable packaging (YAY EARTH!). My first impressions when I opened the bottle is that this stuff smells WAY better than some of the other face serums I have tried out. You can definitely tell it is natural without even looking at the ingredients list on the back (all of which are things I have actually heard of like almond, aloe vera, Vitamin E, etc). I incorporated the Georgia May Dewy Darling face elixir into my face routine for an entire week to see if I noticed any changes. I have dry skin usually all year around so I was excited to see if this product could help me out. After my nightly shower where I removed any excess makeup, I applied a couple drops of the Dewy Darling to my hands and massaged it around my face and neck. Be careful not to apply too much or else it won’t absorb as well and you will have excess serum on your face! After six days of using my Dewy Darling face elixir, my skin was so much softer and I didn’t need to apply moisturizer to my dry patches during the day. It is now a staple to my nightly routine and if you are looking for a product that wil hydrate your skin without clogging your pores, I definitely recommend Georgia May Skincare.

I also received five samples of some of the other products from the  Georgia May Skincare line. The samples included: Heaven Scent body oil, Pure Glow Face & Body Elixir for Baby, Clear Sailing Acne & Oily Skin Face Elixir, Mother’s Glow Face Elixir for Pregnancy & Sensitive Skin, and Graceful Balance Anti-Aging Face Elixir. Clearly, I do not have a baby or expecting one anytime soon, so I am planning on giving those samples to a family friend with a baby. I am excited to try out the remaining samples and take them with me when I travel because they are the perfect size!
