Happy Tuesday, Miss Olivia Says readers! I have so much amazing news I need to share with you all, but want to do a dedicated post with what is coming. I will work on that this week, but in the meantime I wanted to do another Denver restaurant spotlight post featuring a new favorite of mine, Public School 303. I recently ventured here for Saturday brunch last weekend when with was dumping snow here in Denver. One of the best ways to spend a snow day, is yummy brunch so that is just what Paul and I did.
Public School 303 is located at the intersection of 16th Street & Wewatta across from Union Station. It is smack dab in the middle of downtown Denver, which is the perfect location if you are visiting the city and want to do some exploring after. As you can guess by the name, it was a schoolhouse theme throughout the restaurant and bar area. Even the menus are adorable and look like little notebooks. Upon looking at the menu, I knew immediately that I wanted the Eggs Benedict Pizza. I typically get a standard, eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast breakfast when I go out, so I knew I wanted to try something new. And I did not regret it! The Eggs Benedict Pizza has prosciutto, grana padano, ps hollandaise, two fried eggs. Paul went with the Smothered Breakfast Burrito, which has smashed browns, egg, chimichurri, provolone, and bacon. He liked his, but definitely wished he got the breakfast pizza. We each ordered the bottomless deal, which is $15 for bottomless Bloody’s, mimosas, Beermosas, etc and you can switch it up throughout brunch.
If you live in the Denver area, or are planning a trip here soon, I definitely recommend Public School 303 for brunch. And if any of my readers are heading to Denver, don’t hesitate to reach out for ideas on what to do, see and eat!
Check out Public School 303 for hours and menus
xoxo
