If you read my blog, you’ll know I am in the midst of planning a wedding and moving to my first home. It is safe to say that I am quite busy juggling these two huge milestones, while also managing my full time job and coaching soccer on the side. I partnered with bloom for this post to show you how I am staying organized while doing it in style!
First off, the thing I love most about bloom is that they are created by women for women. The company was founded by two female University of Delaware alumni and eight years later they have a full time team. Talk about girl bosses!! As you will see in this post, bloom are more than just planners. They have sooo many other products and specialty items including planner accessories, planning pads, wedding and teacher lines, and so much more. The bloom team is also constantly tweaking products and creating new ones based off the feedback they get from their customers. They want #bloomgirls to be engaged and involved during the creative process, so you know that your feedback is always being considered. Additionally, the brand stands behind the mindset that we are a community. Anyone can be a #bloomgirl and encompassing a commitment to continual self improvement is their mission. The team is committed to help other bloom to the best versions of themselves through the power of organization #girlpower.
Even though managing your schedule and to-dos is easier than every online or with apps, I always feel most organized and put together utilizing a planner. As silly as it sounds, my old roommate and I loved having ‘planner nights’ where we would make snacks and bring out all of the fun pens and planner stickers to organize our upcoming weeks/life. Since then I feel like my life has gotten 10x crazier, so having a planner is necessary. I officially purchased my first home on April 2nd, but had to give the sellers a 60 day rent back. Their official move out date is planned for 5/13 but is still tentative, so it is important that I stay on top of reaching out to them for updates, furniture delivery, utility set up, U-Haul rental, and so much more.
I love love love the planner stickers that bloom offers. I think it is so fun to plan my weeks out and be able to stick cute stickers on different aspects of my week. I also wanted to touch on bloom wedding collection. They have an entire line dedicated to products to help your wedding planning go smoothly. I highly recommend the Wedding Planning Bundle, which is only $79 and you get a gold wedding planner, wedding planning pad, a set of thank you Cards, a set of vow books, and a guest book. For my upcoming wedding, I picked out the guest book, and absolutely love the white design with gold writing… simple yet elegant.
I am also so excited about this meal prep and grocery list pad I got from bloom. This past year I have been living in a not fun roommate situation. Because of that, I have spent more time at my fiance’s place and weirdly enough it has got me excited to start meal planning at my new place. I have been going back and forth between my rental place and my fiance’s for way too long, I basically just buy ingredients for dinner the night of. When I get settled into my new home I plan on utilizing this adorable meal planning pad to organize my meals for the week and also keep track of things I need to pick up at the store!
