I was back home in California this past weekend for more wedding planning and this time Paul, my fiance came with me! We are in full wedding mode, and have been extremely productive getting things done. My mom and I want to get as much as possible taken care of so the last couple of months leading up to the wedding are not nearly as stressful and hectic. This weekend, we decided on the menu, venue layout, and even worked on some of the decoration pieces, which brings me to the top of this post, wedding table numbers! I partnered with Country Chapel Weddings to pick out table numbers for the reception, which will also serve as wedding decorations. I love how the table numbers look and think they will add the perfect touch to the wedding centerpieces on each of the table at the reception.
Even though I am not getting married in the country, my theme does have a country rustic feel to it. I love Country Chapel Weddings decor options because it encompasses just what I am looking for in my theme. It is a family-owned business, and it truly has the owner’s Rachel and Craig’s heart and soul in it. I picked out these calligraphy wedding table numbers to pair with the wedding centerpieces my grandmother is making for the big day. In addition to table numbers, Country Chapel Weddings also sells everything from wedding cake stands to guest books to runners, all with the adorable country theme.
I picked out rose gold glass frames for the table numbers to be displayed in on the tables. Paul and I were able to assemble the table numbers in the frames while we were in town to minimize the amount of day of decorating there will be. We then placed all the frames in a plastic tub and labeled it “Table Numbers” so anyone who is helping us decorate the day of, will have clear direction of what is in each box.
I highly recommend taking care of ‘little things’ like table numbers a couple months in advance to reduce your last minute workload. And by clearly labeling boxes that will be transported to your venue with what is inside and where it goes, will provide direction to whoever is helping set up.
Now it is your turn! Do you have any wedding planning advice that you want to share to help make the big day go more smooth? Comment down below or send me an email, I’d love to hear from you!
