Slowly but surely my little home is coming together. As a young professional in my first home, I don’t feel pressured to decorate and fill my home right off the bat. Not only is that costly after purchasing my first place, but I am taking time to make small improvements and decide what I like best. I love finding little treasures to add to my house that make it a little more homey. In today’s post, I have partnered with Uncommon Goods to share 3 home decor finds that I’ve added to my space.
I have had my eye on Homesick candles for awhile now. I think they are such a great gift to give friends or family, and a great touch to your home. I live in Colorado, but Northern California where I grew up will always have a special place in my heart. I also picked out these adorable flower vase book ends from Uncommon Goods and decided to display some movies instead of books. I haven’t decided if the permanent home will be on my mantle, but I had fresh flowers from my birthday that I wanted to display!
You’re probably wondering what the heck this next item is and why it is a home decor piece you never knew you needed. Technically it is not home decor, but it is a quite functional item that will be put to good use for entertaining. I picked out this collapsible drink bucket that will be perfect for BBQs or indoor parties Paul and I host. And because I don’t have a ton of extra storage, the fact that it collapses is so helpful!
Be sure to check out Uncommon Goods to find amazing treasures for your home. There are so many fun and unique items that will love!
