If you missed my Cancun vlog, well… I am pregnant! At the time of writing this post, I am in week 26. Time is both flying by and dragging along (if that is even possible), but regardless, we’re excited to meet our baby boy in a few months. Today, I wanted to share my pregnancy must-haves—a selection of products I’ve been using daily or throughout my pregnancy. Whether you’re pregnant, shopping for a mama-to-be, or just curious about what has made my pregnancy a bit easier (note: everyone is different), check out my must-haves from Amazon.

1. Honest Mama Bump Love Bundle
This Honest Mama bundle includes body butter and stretch mark oil, and it has been a game changer for keeping my skin hydrated and nourished. I love that it’s made with clean ingredients, and it’s a little self-care ritual I look forward to each day before heading to bed.
2. Cotton Bralettes for Sleep
Finding comfortable sleepwear is a must during pregnancy, and cotton bralettes have been key since I first found out I was pregnant and was extremely sore (my boobs felt like they weighted 100 pounds each 😂 ). I have a handful from Amazon and Aerie, and love how they’re soft, breathable, and provide just the right amount of support without feeling restrictive.
3. LMNT Electrolyte Mix
Hydration is key, and this LMNT electrolyte mix has been a lifesaver for preventing headaches and keeping me energized. The flavors are delicious (and a little tart), and have also been helpful when I feel a headache coming along. Pregnancy headaches are unlike any other and I have had my fair share of head pain even before I was pregnancy. Although electrolytes haven’t cured all my headaches, I have noticed a difference if I am able to drink some LMNT before the pain gets too intense.
4. TUMS
Heartburn and indigestion hit hard during my first trimester, so TUMS were a lifesaver then and now. I always keep some on hand to get quick relief whenever those symptoms pop up.
5. OLLY Prenatals
Prenatal vitamins are a pregnancy essential, and these OLLY Prenatals have worked really well for me. The only downside is I wish they came in a larger bottle, because it is only a 1-month supply so I feel like I am always ordering a new pack. Even though these have worked well for me, be sure to consult with your doctor to find the best option for your needs.
6. Magnesium Supplements
Headaches have been one of my common pregnancy symptoms, so my doctor recommended a daily magnesium supplement to help. Magnesium is also known to support muscle relaxation, reduce cramping, and promote better sleep—all things that are super helpful during pregnancy. Just like prenatal vitamins, be sure to talk to your doctor before starting any supplements.
7. CZY Yoga Biker Shorts
If you’re like me and keeping up with your exercise routine during pregnancy, these biker shorts are a must-have. Once my go-to workout shorts stopped fitting comfortably (and I hate working out in leggings), I bought a few CZY Yoga shorts from Amazon and they’ve been so comfortable with a growing bump. Plus, this brand is a Lululemon dupe for a fraction of the price.
8. Travel Jars
These travel jars are perfect for carrying essentials like TUMS and Tylenol in my purse or on the go. If we have dinner plans with friends or will be out and about all day, I stock up one of the travel jars with the necessities and throw it into my purse.
9. Expecting Better by Emily Oster
This was one of the first pregnancy books I read, and it’s a must-read for any expecting mama. Emily Oster breaks down the research behind common pregnancy advice so you can make informed decisions. It’s empowering and reassuring, and I highly recommend it!
I hope you find these favorites as helpful as I have! Have you discovered any must-have pregnancy products? I’d love to hear your recommendations in the comments below!
